Are you an experienced and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a supportive educational environment? Teaching Personnel is seeking a motivated HLTA to join our dynamic team in Canterbury, Kent.

About the Role: As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience of students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with lesson planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
  • Providing support to students with diverse needs, ensuring inclusive education.
  • Leading small group interventions to boost student progress.
  • Monitoring and assessing student performance and providing feedback.
  • Collaborating with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.

Key Requirements:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of the UK curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A passion for supporting student development and wellbeing.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
