DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our business as we continue to scale.

In this role, you will focus on electrical system design, simulation and testing on low to high-voltage systems in support of Enoda’s aims to revolutionise grid distribution.

You'll spend your time:
  • Designing, simulating and testing prototype systems to create or improve electrical products and systems
  • Using engineering software and equipment for computer-aided design and other complex technical tasks
  • Enforcing construction, manufacturing and installation standards
  • Performing technical feasibility studies skewed towards industrial, commercial and domestic applications in several international markets
  • Maintaining Bills Of Material for tasked projects considering project schedule, cost and delivery timeline
  • Providing technical support for quality assurance for ongoing projectsCollaborating with a wide-ranging multi-discipline team
  • Writing reports, creating technical drawings and schematics and giving presentations


The key experience we're looking for:
  • Proven knowledge of engineering design software and equipment
  • Ability to design, implement, install and maintain electrical systems
  • Excellent analytical and fault-finding skills
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Proven flexible detail-orientated engineering approach
  • Ability to write technical reports and documentation at multiple levelsProficient user of either AutoCAD Electrical, ECAD
  • Proven experience working in a LAB/Workshop environment encompassing all expected electrical skills and HSE knowledge
