Why be an Influencer Manager at THG?
You'll have full responsibility in delivering our paid influencer partnerships across key territories, with a primary focus on the UK and Ireland. You'll have the opportunity to manage a team of influencer marketing specialists. You'll be immersed in the world of influencer, creators and social media, as well as being data-driven and commercially astute, able to drive forward the LOOKFANTASTIC influencer marketing strategy to deliver on both brand and performance goals.
As an Influencer Manager you'll:
Develop and lead best-in-class paid influencer activations across key channels, including but not limited to, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, SnapDay-to-day management of the paid influencer budget, balancing cost-efficiencies with KPIs such as reach/ awareness vs ROI/ COSOversee the cost pipeline, ensuring spend is updated daily/weekly to reflect activity deliveredEnd-to-end relationship management with influencers, including outreach, negotiation, setting KPIs, and evaluating performanceSupport the Head of Influencer Marketing with forecasting weekly/monthly budgets and reporting on channel performanceWork with the Head of Influencer Marketing to source and execute top-tier talent partnerships and ambassadorshipsLead all retainer contracts for LOOKFANTASTIC, including regular review to ensure KPIs are metWork closely with the social (paid & organic) teams to deliver channel-specific talent requirements, including negotiating usage with creatorsWhat Skills & Experience do I need for this role?
At least 4 years’ experience in managing influencer campaigns with a wide range of objectives and KPIsLine management experience (Exec/Senior Exec level)Budget management in excess of £1M preferredA genuine passion for influencer and creator marketingAn understanding of how influencers and wider community can play a key role in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation and driving commercial valueKnowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTokKnowledge of reporting tools such as Tableau and Google AnalyticsOutstanding communication, negotiation and organisational skillsA proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitudeWhat’s in it for me?
