We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Shift Manager to join BBF in a newly created role at our Blackburn & Shadsworth bakeries.

 

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager for the site, you will cover the 6am-2pm shift Monday to Friday.

 

Who are we looking for?

As a Warehouse Shift Manager at BBF, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth and efficient functioning of our warehouse during your assigned shift. Your ability to lead and manage a team, optimise operations, and ensure safety and quality standards are met is essential to the success of the warehouse.

 

We are looking for an experienced warehouse operative who has previous experience in a people management role, whether that be a Team Leader or Supervisor.

 

Ideally, you will have your Counterbalance Forklift Licence and your Reach Forklift Licence, however, these aren't essential.

 

You will have sound IT skills and the ability to work with ERP systems (we use Tropos, however, you don't need to have experience with this particular system).
