Job Overview

You will be responsible for overseeing complex project delivery lead by the EMEA PPG Software Development & Support Team to our EMEA Provider, Payer and Government clients, as well as ensuring post go-live/BAU support is in place. Your will be responsible for the regional PPG Delivery PMO, this involves ensuring the right processes are in place to coordinate delivery teams from across global tech solutions, local country, or regional PPG tech solution as well as 3rd party tech and services as appropriate.

It is critical to our success that we support our customers to proactively get the best possible value from our solutions as well as having access to reactive customer support with a single point of contact. In this role you will ensure clear processes exist and that these resources are put in place as well as working with other IQVIA teams, including Prime Site teams, to coordinate customer engagement and success.


Responsibilities:

Work with pre-sales solutions and sales teams to ensure appropriate SOWs are put in place and support RFP/RFI process as required. Assess and coordinate resources needed to ensure successful complex project delivery. Lead a cross functional team, both direct reports and indirect IQVIA peers, across a portfolio of services. Adopt and champion a continuous improvement ethos for Client Services and Delivery Teams. Act as role model and mentor to Client Services and Delivery teams. Consults with clients on the uses of IQVIA products and services, developing solutions to client problems, as well as assessing the needs and developing methodologies to ensure Account Service Teams and Delivery Teams are adequately trained and performing at optimal levels in line with agreed processes. Identifies risks to program success and recommends mitigation plans to management. Manages project delivery process, scope, and costs of complex product development projects with limited supervision; drives completion of the project and mentors other team members.
• Establishes relationships with stakeholders to build support and ensures alignment for project outcomes.
• Drives change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness and support for change within the organization, and contributing to development of training.
• Evaluates project results against success metrics; creates or reengineers processes and resources to improve productivity and end product. Sharing subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients Builds, develops and provides leadership within Delivery Service. Assumes responsibility for people, teams, careers, delivering results through people. Lead diverse, virtual, cross function, global, local teams. Inspire people to grow and stay at IQVIA.Assists in creation and validation of the project scope, plan and schedules for complex projects; helps define metrics for project success; selects and applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).
 

Qualifications – all required

Recognised industry qualifications – current & in date Eight (8) years of experience in software and/or product deployment, including two (2) years in IT project management Advanced project management education and experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good problem solving skills Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics Good teamwork skills Excellent customer service skills Good judgment Ability to work with minimal direction Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
