Join our Superior Healthcare team as a Senior Support Worker in our Complex Care Division

As a Senior Support Worker, you will support our healthcare assistants and work in small teams across our South Kent division, typically in one location per shift and with the same clients. Your role will involve night shifts in areas such as Deal, Folkestone, Ashford, and New Romney.

You will work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients and will benefit from a permanent contract with the option of overtime.

Today we work as a specialist provider in complex care at home, with a full nurse-led service, providing care for children, young people and adults who have long-term health conditions. For us, it’s personal.

How we’ll support you: 

We will provide paid classroom-based training when you join us, with paid induction shifts, and ongoing supervision from a fantastic team of nurses and supervisors. Additional paid training is provided to meet client-specific needs.

When you join us, you’ll receive:

  • £15.97 – £19.17  per hour
  • £31.94 per hour for bank holiday work.
  • Paid mileage of 45p per mile over 20 miles from your home.
  • Permanent contract.

Senior Support Worker Requirements:

  • Previous 1 year of clinical care experience, including PEG feeding, tracheostomy, and ventilation experience.
  • Commitment to a full-time contract.
