Crozier Fine Arts provides climate-controlled storage and logistics for high-value art, including digitization, restoration, and secure transportation for collectors, galleries, and museums.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as our new European Road Freight Coordinator . In this position you will play a crucial role in the transportation process of valuable artworks, managing logistics and ensuring the smooth execution of shipments. This position offers the opportunity for hands-on involvement in the art world, including occasional European travel for art fairs. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Your role in our mission

Coordinate the logistics of shipping rare and high-value artworks to and from national and international exhibitions.

Ensure the safe handling and transportation of artworks, adhering to strict security and preservation protocols.

Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.

Facilitate customs clearance and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Provide on-site support during exhibitions and art fairs

Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the shipping process.

Valued skills and experience

Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field preferred.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Knowledge of art handling techniques and familiarity with industry standards preferred.

Willingness to travel occasionally for art fairs and exhibitions

Certified with a Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).

Proficient in English for business communication, both written and spoken, and preferably one additional European language.
