Job overview   We are searching for an experienced Billing Manager to own and manage all aspects of monthly billing cycle.   Responsible for the billing team and managing the day-to-day activities and liaison with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Legal), together with customers in the event of a query on their invoice/account.   The individual must understand the company’s services and how that applies to the billing of services to our customers and must be able to produce reports to aid the CFO, CRO and other colleagues.   • Manage a team of 10 reports based in Manila (2 direct, 8 indirect), responsible for generating approximately 500-700 invoices monthly
  • Minimize revenue adjustments by promoting in-month billing in collaboration with the Sales and the Revenue Operations team
  • Collaborate with credit control to support cash flow management through prompt customer payments
  • Management of NetSuite ERP system information relevant to customer accounts and billing profiles.
  • To maintain the accuracy of billing in NetSuite.
  • To understand and manage Preqin’s processes and ensure they are performed in a timely manner.
  • Daily or weekly housekeeping checks for any errors, non-processed opportunities or orders.
  • Resolving all errors prior to weekly Bank Close.
  • Ensure invoice validation before approval and issuing the final invoices to the customers.
  • Dealing with queries through to resolution within a suitable timeframe.
  • Liaising with customers and other departments to ensure processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Escalation and management of complaints.

  • Ability to identify and investigate anomalies to point of resolution.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP system.
