We are currently seeking an experienced, highly skilled End-to-End Client Onboarding Expert to join our team.

As an End-to-End Client Onboarding Expert at Vantage Point, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, relationship managers, legal and compliance teams, and operations teams, to gather the necessary information, complete client due diligence checks, and navigate regulatory requirements.

This role requires a deep understanding of client onboarding processes, knowledge of KYC/AML regulations, and strong communication and relationship management skills. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client onboarding or related roles within the Financial Services industry
  • Expert knowledge of end-to-end client onboarding processes and KYC/AML regulations
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in relevant systems and software applications
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in client onboarding and compliance are desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and delivering exceptional client experiences
