We're looking for passionate people to join our fantastic Front of House team as a Server / Waiter / Waitress
The White Hart, Lewes in East Sussex just 20 minutes from Brighton. Our 3rd Pub with Rooms will open in the town centre in a beautiful historic property, steeped in history and lovingly restored. The Inn will offer 40 Bar and 140 Dining covers with an enclosed dining terrace for 60 offering stunning views of the South Downs, and 23 beautiful rooms.

Heartwood Collection has 14 Brasserie Blancs, 24 Pubs including sites with rooms and more coming We aim to grow to 61 sites by 2027 and include pubs with rooms. This could add up to 500 bedrooms to The Collection in the next 4 years. *Hourly rate is based on National Living Wage plus TRONC, and the TRONC is calculated from the expected 6 months' site average. The rate of TRONC for the site you are applying for will be confirmed and discussed at the interview stage.
