About the role
The Senior Evaluation Officer is responsible for evaluating and monitoring the impact of UCL’s access and student success work. The postholder will develop effective evaluation plans and methodologies for a range of access, student success and student funding projects. The postholder will work closely with the Senior Data & Impact Officer and Senior Research Officer to evidence, measure and demonstrate the impact of funding and activity.

About you
The successful candidate will have experience in developing evaluation frameworks to monitor the effectiveness of access, student success and student funding work. This should include detailed data analysis (qualitative and quantitative) as well as experience of implementing systems to measure and demonstrate the impact of work through varied evaluation methodologies. You should have experience and understanding of using the Higher Education Access Tracker (HEAT) database to monitor and track our work.
