Part of Crimson Hotels, The Trafalgar St. James, Curio Collection by Hilton is a 5 Star hotel with 131 bedrooms including 15 suites, and a number of venues consisting of our unique The Rooftop Bar and Rockwell that pride themselves in the quality of service that they provide.

The Role

Your role will be to truly listen to our guests, to anticipate their needs and achieve 100% guest satisfaction.

The key purpose of your role is to ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times, knowledge of all hotel services/promotions, local attractions and landmarks in the hotel vicinity in order to upsell and maximize Hotel revenue.

The Person

As well as having previous experience in a similar role, you’ll have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional service, a charismatic personality and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. You’ll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, you’ll have a good command of the English language and be very well presented.
