The Roseate
Edinburgh is an intimate 5-star luxury Edinburgh hotel offering 35 exquisitely
appointed rooms and suites. Ideally located on Haymarket, it lies nearby
Murrayfield Stadium. We are now looking for a Lobby Ambassador ready to join a
young and vibrant team and available to start immediately. The ideal candidate
must be a very responsible individual, with great customer focus and possess
the right attitude.



Main
duties/responsibilities: 



• Greet guests
in a friendly and professional manner



• Open and
close doors for guests entering and leaving the establishment



• Assist with
luggage and other items as needed



• Maintain a
clean and tidy entrance area



• Monitor
guests and visitors to ensure safety and security



• Provide
information about the hotel and local area to guests



• Communicate
with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the hotel



• Respond to
guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and respectful manner



• Maintain a
professional appearance and demeanour at all times



• Ensure that
guests have a positive experience during their stay at the hotel



Entry
Requirements:



• Excellent
customer service skills.



•
Attentiveness, a well-groomed appearance, initiative, loyalty, maturity,
respect for confidentiality and discretion, a positive attitude and
dependability.



• Enthusiastic
in delivering service excellence.



• Possess the
ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.



• Has an
excellent command of English, both spoken and written.



• Display a
polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests

You must be
eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in
possession of a current work visa. In line with the requirements set by the
Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and
