The Role

As the operational lead for ‘Trenchless Operations’, you’ll be responsible for delivering safe, innovative and cost effective ‘No-Dig’ solutions, ensuring full utilisation of new technology that reduces risks.

Work with the Regional Trenchless Manager to ensure workload is delivered in line with demands Drive a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety, ensuring consistent standards are maintained Ensure full utilisation of new technologies that maximise No-Dig operations Drive efficiency with a trenchless approach, working with the planning and operational teams to reduce waste Ownership and management of budgets, to ensure delivery of our business plan in line with affordability Highlight risk and variance to finance plans, ensuring corrective actions are in place Explore new ways of working, through a continuous improvement mindset Provide great leadership, coaching and mentoring to colleagues across the Alliance Provide technical and incident assurance for the Alliance and ensure effective planning

Previous experience in a similar role in the utilities industry, along with a broad understanding of the regulatory and operating environment is important.

Great communication skills and able to translate technical knowledge to non-technical stakeholders.
