Lift Service Engineer  - Glasgow and surrounding areas

ORONA's activities are focused on the design, manufacture, installation, maintenance, and modernization of lifts, escalators, moving ramps and walkways. Operating in  100 countries  , we have  250,000 lifts  worldwide using our technology. With  2 manufacturing plants  Orona is  Number 1 in Europe  in terms of complete lift production capacity.

We are looking for a  Lift Service Engineer  to join our Service team in Glasgow and surrounding areas. As a Lift Service Engineer you will be responsible for:

Carrying out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits Meeting agreed customer response times, building relationships with our clients Providing regular updates to the Service Supervisor/ Service Manager Problem solving and working on your own initiative This role does not regularly involve attending call outs during the working day and additionally there is no requirement for participation in the out of hour call rota

If you have a comprehensive Lift engineering background, including an NVQ 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent – we want to hear from you

To qualify for this vacancy we would expect you to have:

NVQ3 in Lift Engineering Experience of working with Lifts Strong customer skills A valid UK Driving License
