We are looking for an experienced anddedicated Registered Manager to lead our supported living servicesin Essex.


In this crucial role you will beresponsible for overseeing the smooth running and regulatorycompliance of our supported living settings in accordance with CQCstandards. As a strong and motivational leader you will empower ourcare staff to deliver the highest quality personcentred support tothe individuals in our care.


Your daytoday duties willinvolve:

Managing all operational aspects of the regulated supported livingservices

Ensuring staff understandand follow policies procedures and careregulations

Leading coaching anddeveloping a team of care professionals

Carrying outsupervisions appraisals and handling HRmatters

Coordinating care plans riskassessments and multidisciplinaryreviews

Managing finances resourcesand maintenance of the settings

Overseeing quality assurance through audits checks andrecordkeeping

Handling complaintsincidents and stakeholder liaison

Championing equality dignity rights and empowerment


We are seeking anexceptional Registered Managerwith:

Level 4 or 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care(or equivalent)

Current registrationwith relevant professional body (NMC Social Work Englandetc.)

Solid experience managing careservices preferably in supportedliving

Excellent leadership skillswith the ability to inspire and developstaff

Outstanding communication andinterpersonal skills

Indepth understandingof CQC regulations and caregovernance

Dedication to deliveringtruly personcentred compassionatecare
