Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a partnership school in Newport and in the heart of the community for dedicated staff who will encompass the schools core values and lead by example.

This role will be effective from September 2024 for the academic year, leading a Year 3 class. Although the postholder could be required to teach in any year group across the primary phase.

We are seeking an inspirational educator who:

  • Has a passion for creating and delivering creative cross-curricular lessons, encompassing the ever-evolving school curriculum.
  • Is nurturing and adaptable to the growing and changing needs of the pupils within the school.
  • Show commitment and initiative in order to support community partnerships, families and other stakeholders.
  • Is able to demonstrate and promote excellence, equality and understanding to all pupils, promoting high standards of achievement and behaviour.
  • Can bring their authentic, positive and enthusiastic style to work, to create a strong role model for students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
