ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

We are looking to appoint a proactive Relief Security Officer with customer service at the forefront of all they do to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for all our customers and staff. This is a permanent contract covering holidays with advanced notification of shifts. SIA DS or SG Licence required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out daily/weekly/monthly duties as outlined in the site Assignment InstructionsBe present on the mall to ensure a safe and secure environment is maintainedConduct patrols covering all areas of the shopping mall and service yardsTake an active role in emergency situations including first aid and fire wardenOversee external contractor management to ensure safe working practices

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Enjoy working part of a team as well as the ability to work independently to reach the shared goalGood communication skills both written and verbal to assist with accurate report writingSmart, well-groomed and confidentHigh level of customer care awarenessSIA Door Supervisor/Security Guard licence
