Role Summary

The primary task is to create and deliver the Level 5 apprenticeship in Operations or Departmental Management. To utilise resources effectively to ensure the learner experience is of the highest standard. To ensure learners are supported and guided through the programme and End Point Assessment process. To liaise with departments and managers to promote the programme. To recruit learners in a timely manner to ensure Trust targets are met.

To act as a facilitator and a team member within the Talent Management & Development team providing learning & development interventions and contributing to the identification and development of specific talent across all staff groups.

An exciting opportunity to be part of the Apprenticeship team delivering the level five apprenticeship qualification and Mary Seacole

Facilitate on leadership and management apprenticeship programmes. Promote the use of work-based learning, blended learning and other flexible modes of delivery eLearning, internet, books and self-directed learning). Sourcing, writing and designing appropriate learning and development materials and interventions as required. Leading and/or taking ownership of specific key pieces of learning, development and talent activity. Work closely with the Skills Officer to ensure learners progress through their course in a timely manner. Support learners through their end point assessment to ensure the best possible outcome.
