We're on the lookout for a someone to combine their love of history and food to take the lead on our Roman Food offering at our Roman Villa - Bonum Convivium
Our Roman ChefReporting to our Executive Head Chef, we are recruiting for an experimental chef/food historian to lead on the development of our Roman food offering. We are looking for someone passionate about history to work in conjunction with our Roman Winemaker and Exhibitions Manager as well as the estate's wider F&B teams to research, develop and serve authentic Roman recipes using fresh ingredients from across our Estate.
