The Role

We're seeking an experienced recruiter who will support our Research and Development (R&D) organisation, encompassing data, product, and engineering teams. You'll be based in our Edinburgh office and will be instrumental in scaling our hiring efforts across Europe. As a brand ambassador for Addepar, you'll showcase our values and culture to potential candidates, ensuring we attract the very best talent.

What You'll Do

Manage the full recruitment cycle for R&D roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across Europe. Provide an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication throughout the recruitment process. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and offer expert guidance on recruitment strategies. Utilise market insights to inform recruitment efforts and improve processes.

Who You Are

Experienced in full-cycle recruitment, particularly for data, product, or engineering roles. Knowledgeable about the European talent market and recruiting across different countries. Passionate about employer branding and effectively communicating our vision and culture. You're passionate about employer branding and can effectively communicate our company's vision and culture to potential candidates. An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment. Committed to providing a positive candidate experience. Analytical, using data to inform decisions and improve strategies.
