Our next Registered Manager will be someone who has: 

Level 5 Diploma - Leadership and Management Children’s and Young People (Preferred or willing to work towards) Level 3 Diploma - Residential Childcare (Preferred or willing to work towards) Full UK Driving Licence required Extensive experience of working in a residential setting High level of working knowledge of relevant legislation such as Children’s Act and Quality Care Standards Experience of leading and motivating teams Ability to effectively train individuals and groups

Acorn Education part of Outcomes First Group, are recruiting a Registered Managerto join our team within the North Aston, Oxfordshire area. 

Park Farm is a registered accommodation with a capacity of 8 offering support to young people aged 8-18 years with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. 

Located in a rural setting, close to Chipping Norton, Park Farm provides a caring, structured and homely environment for our young people. We are within commuting distance of Swindon, Gloucester, Banbury, Bicester, Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Oxford and other surrounding towns and villages.
