We are seeking

an Epidemiologist to help expand UK Biobank’s ability to curate and interpret complex molecular assay data and contribute to a programme of research that demonstrates the scientific utility of large-scale sample assay data. You will be responsible for facilitating the integration and research use of newly generated molecular assay data, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to deliver assay-based resource enhancements, adapting existing and developing new research methodologies and contribute ideas for new research projects. To be considered, you must hold a higher degree (e.g. MSc/PhD) in epidemiology, statistics or a related subject, have significant relevant experience in epidemiology, statistics or a related subject and have excellent understanding of epidemiological studies and methods for large-scale analysis of molecular data. You also have excellent communication skills, including the ability to present research proposals and results. This is a full time, fixed term post (part time considered) until 30 June 2027.
