Elevate your career while making a genuine difference in the lives of students with Autism. We are looking for a reliable and flexible individual to work within a Special Needs school in Wiltshire. The school caters for students aged 5 - 16 who have a wide range of special educational needs.
You will be supporting the students during lesson time and social time, helping them with their schoolwork, to achieve their individual goals as well as lifeskills lessons. This is a highly varied role and a chance to make a big difference to the lives of young people. A good sense of humour goes a long way in this role, your ability to form trusting relationships with pupils will go a long way.

Salary: £83-£95 per day

Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the field - preffered but not essential
- Previous experience working with children and young people
- Demonstrated patience and empathy
- Proficiency in behaviour management strategies
- Agility in adapting to educational dynamics
- Dedication to cultivating a sense of belonging

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
