So, what do our Valuers actually do?

Choosing an estate agent is an important decision. Here at Cubitt & West, we will provide an extensive – and proven – selling strategy that’s tailored to each individual customerOur valuers have perfected their craft, helping hundreds of people move forward on their life's journey and you will learn how to be a huge part of thisGetting to know our customers in their own home is a great start. Finding out exactly how we can best help them achieve their goals and why they are moving is key. We provide that personal, professional marketing experience and advice and we help to make sure our customers get the best possible price for their homes.We also help to provide additional assistance by promoting our other services such as mortgage and solicitor adviceIdentify new leads and generate new business to improve performanceKeep abreast of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of the local market developing a reputation for being experts in our fieldWork closely with the team, downloading new properties that have been brought to the market and agreeing a suitable strategy to match up potential purchasers

So, what do I need?

You should have a successful track record in sales, or have started your career in estate agency already, and be comfortable working in a targeted sales environmentFocused on turning the “ordinary” into the “extraordinary” and have bags of drive, motivation, and passion to succeedAmbitious and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environmentTo be able to drive, and have your own carAnd yes, you will be the type of person that would love seeing your customers’ eyes light up when you help them with their property move and onward journey 

The Package:

Basic Salary: £22,On Target Earnings:£35,-£40, (including car allowance)Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off) – Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.30, Saturday 09.00 – 17.00Additional Benefits: Holiday Commission, 33 days paid Holiday, Plus an extra day holiday for your birthday Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Structured Career Path, Sponsorship of EA Qualifications, Employee Assistance Scheme, Paid entry fees for charitable events
