Facilities Management Coordinator 

Here at Fresenius Medical Care we have an exciting opportunity within our Technical Operations Team as a Facilities Management Co-ordinator. 

We are looking for somebody who is customer focused and confident with dealing with customers over the phone, a natural problem solver with a logical approach, excellent IT skills and has a sound knowledge of all Microsoft packages, motivated in achieving results, good communicator and flexible to meet work demands. 

What does the role involve?  

You will:  

Answer incoming calls from trusts, FMC clinics, home patients, suppliers and technicians 

Manage the department email inbox 

Log calls and complete follow up on all received queries 

Create purchase orders and manage invoices

This is a full time role of 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm based at our head office in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire.
