Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the purchase ledger process from start to finish, managing everything from data entry to payment processing.
  • Handle staff expenses and ensure smooth bank reconciliations.
  • Navigate Xero software like a pro.
  • Manage currency & international transactions and understand UK VAT regulations.
  • Track budgets and work across various cost centres.
  • Collaborate with your team while also managing your own priorities independently.

What Were Looking For:

  • A qualification in AAT or ICB (Level 2 or higher).
  • Proven experience with Xero and advanced Excel skills.
  • A detail-driven mindset and exceptional communication skills.
  • The ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills and common sense
