Main duties of the job
As an integral member of AMU (Acute MedicalUnit) team, you will be responsible for:
Undertaking a comprehensive assessment ofpatients to establish their problems and create accurate treatment plans
Enable a safe and timely discharge forpatients
Manage own caseload of patients
Use high quality clinical reasoning skills andassessment techniques
Plan and prioritise workload and that ofjunior staff
