As our new Graduate Strategic Planning Analyst Jet2holidays, you’ll create and maintain long-term growth plans for destinations, resorts, and hotel chains. Making sure all plans are maintained with the latest insight from Airline Planning, Revenue, Product and Contracting.

As our Graduate Strategic Planning Analyst Jet2holidays, you’ll have access to a wide range of benefits including:

What you’ll be doing:
Provide and maintain detailed reviews and analysis of bed capacity capability, current and future, by specific destinations.Undertake analysis for long-term strategies for key hotel chains and suppliers.Provide suggestions for improvement on data and outputs.Carry out the analysis of new destination opportunities, keeping this up to date as priorities and world events change.Provide reviews of customer data to identify portfolio gaps.Continually review competitor positions identifying changes.
What you’ll have:
You’ll be highly analytical with the initiative and the ability to make informed, fact-based decisions with the confidence to explain the reasoning behind these.You’ll have a degree in a numerate focused subject or relevant work experience.You’ll be confident using Microsoft office products, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.You’ll ideally have some experience in creating data visualisations and presenting your findings.You’ll be able to work under tight deadlines and on different projects simultaneously.What would be desirable:
Experienced Strategic Planning Analyst / Graduate in distilling large sets of complex data into simple insights for non-data experts.Experience using SQL (or another coding language) and / or Tableau (or another data visualisation tool) would be advantageous.Experience within a tour operator, airline, or travel business would be advantageous. Some travel overseas may be required from time to time
