Director of Integrated Care

You are self-motivated and able to inspire others to success by taking responsibility for guiding and directing other’s actions to achieve clinical, commercial and operational goals in a culture of continuous improvement. For this role you must be a fit and proper person under Regulation 5 of the Health and Social Care Act (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014. In addition to our own robust recruitment checks, you, the candidate will be required to sign a self-declaration form confirming the same as part of the appointment process. You are a proven leader with strategic planning abilities. You have demonstrated experience of leading change in a commercial or health care environment by motivating people into teams and fostering a positive challenging culture that met both internal and external customer expectations and requirements. You have demonstrated experience in liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You have experience in developing and maintaining robust governance and risk management processes. You have a degree level education/ post-graduate qualifications or equivalentDuties of this role include:
Responsible for operational and business performance of Circle Integrated Care ensuring all functions meet their KPIs budget is achieved. For clarity this includes the Clinical, Operations, Governance, Service Improvement functions. The role will work alongside the Head of Finance, Contracts and Performance. Patient Care: to ensure safety and quality of care are prime considerations in all decisions, actions and plans and continuous improvement is implicit in all activity, planning and learning. Leadership: responsible for providing effective leadership in line with CHG’s purpose, values and behaviours. Quality and Governance: fulfil the role of Registered Manager (one of several in CIC); to ensure patient safety is maintained to the highest quality of care standards at all times and the service is compliant with all relevant external and internal governance requirements Senior Stakeholder engagement/Escalation point to support contract retention and contract performance. Financial Performance: to work with the Head of Finance in creating a budget and support the approval with Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer Support the Executive Director in setting the strategy, creating the business plan and business development where required.
