Bringing it to the role.

ThePayroll Specialist role sits within the People HUB Team which is rapidlyexpanding due to restaurant purchases. This is a fast-paced, customer support focusedenvironment and we work together to provide a Shared Service Centre across ourbrands, that is efficient, effective, professional and value adding. This role reportsinto the RSC Payroll Manager.

Key job functions include:

Responsible for processingtwo monthly Pizza Hut payrolls end to end Travel and ExpenseAdministration Car fleet Administration Tax year end processes Reconciliations Journals

What you’ll do:

All payroll input,including starters, leavers and payroll changes, processing the payrolls end to end, reconcilingthe payroll, producing costing files and reporting Pension administration 3rd party payments Updating payroll system with new job positions, costcentres etc Reconciliation of Pizza Hutpayroll related accounts Expense Administration, financialreporting, journals and reconciliation of the expense balance sheet Company charge card administration Travel administration Duty of Care administration Car rental booking, fuelcard administration and invoice approval Administration of thecompany mileage capture system Update and submission ofP46 car returns and P11Ds Provide an exceptionalsupport service to all employees 

ABOUT YOU:

Positive, can do mindset. Confident and personable demeanour with the ability to work well under pressure. A combination of attention to detail and understanding of the bigger picture. Strong organisational and time management skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2 years payrollexperience gained within an inhouse Payroll/HR function IPPM or CIPP Level 1 qualification is preferable but not essential.

Proven experience insuccessfully executing an Administrator role in a fast-paced environment

Excellent range of ITskills

Have provided outstandingcustomer support
