Our client is aleading firm of Accountants and Business Advisors in TunbridgeWells that has seen excellent growth in recent years. They operatea holistic accountancy practice service for their clients andinternally prioritise their staffs development progression andremuneration. They have a very modern office open planned with agreat working environment based centrally in TunbridgeWells.

Joiningas an Assistant Manager at the Tunbridge Wells offices you willmanage deliver and provide audit services to clients across variedindustries and sectors encompassing a wide range of corporates OMBsand SMEs through to not for profit charity and other nichespecialist sectorclients.

Youwill develop client relationships and work with the wider tax andadvisory/business services teams on delivering wider project workand manage develop and grow the audit team. A clear progressionpath is on offer and you will progress in your career within thisleading firm ofaccountants.

Theposition can be moulded around the candidate subject to theirexperience and aspirations. There are clear progression prospectson offertoo.



Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified byexperience
  • Extensiveaudit experience working within a Practiceenvironment
  • Confidentand comfortable providing exceptional client service anddelivery
  • Teamplayer who wants to join a family of likemindedindividuals
  • Adynamic approach adapts quickly to change and is able to find smartways to deliver the bestresults
  • Collaborateswith peers but also bring own voice to thetable
