Join Our Team as a Fun-Loving, Active Support Worker in Chard

At The Old Farm House, we embrace a positive and lively atmosphere, filled with daily banter and laughter. We're looking for individuals who can seamlessly fit into our vibrant team.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you'll assist four males and one female in living independently and ensuring they are getting to do the things they love each day Our residents enjoy walking, shopping, and playing ball games. We have cars available, so there's always an opportunity for more outings

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing daily personal care supportAssisting with money managementSupporting medication routinesEncouraging a fun and fulfilling life for each individual

UK drivers licence is essential for this role

Applications will be shortlisted on receipt and interviews will be held until the posts are filled
