Kepak Mclntosh Donald are looking for a Cleaner to join our team on a part-time basis, working Monday to Friday,20hrs/week, 5pm -9pm (flexible working hours)

Pay: £11.44 per hour.

Responsible for ensuring that the standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the office environment is achieved on a daily basis, ensuring safe use of cleaning equipment at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning of all factory offices & toilets.
  • Cleaning of security gate house and reception area.
  • Ensuring all cleaning tasks are carried to the highest standard
  • Cleaning of all factory offices/ other required areas.
  • Safe use of cleaning equipment
  • Safe use of cleaning materials and chemicals, in line with training
  • Maintain and safely operate tools, equipment, and chemicals
  • Adhering to cleaning instructions and schedules, to ensure tasks meet the required hygiene standards
  • Maintain Hygiene Standards
  • Completion of daily cleaning tasks, and completion of all relevant documentation and checklists
  • Maintain to Health and Safety Standards
  • Actively participate in all required company training
  • Complying with Company’s health and safety rules, and hygiene requirements
  • Carry out any other duties as directed
  • Any other duties as required by management and within the competency of the post holder

Requirements

  • Experience working within an Cleaning Environment preferred
  • Manual handling ability and awareness, must be fit and able
  • Meticulous attention to detail essential
  • Commitment to good practice
  • Fluent English, Communicate well in written and oral form with multi-nationals on all levels
  • Ability to multitask and work under own initiative to deliver to deadlines
  • Relationship builder with influencing skills
  • Strong team player
  • Flexible approach to working and committed to night shifts and potential weekend working
