Overviewof Role:

As the HRand Payroll Administrator for Absolute Taste, you will play a pivotal role inmanaging our HR system and ensuring all payroll information is accuratelycollated and processed on time, both on a weekly and monthly basis. You will bethe go-to person for resolving any payroll-related queries promptly andefficiently, providing support to our employees and maintaining compliance withrelevant regulations. Additionally, you will support the HR team in variousadministrative tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintainingpersonnel records.

PrincipleAccountabilities:

PayrollDuties:

Fostera close working relationship with our third-party payroll bureau to ensure aseamless and productive partnership. Effectively communicate payrollrequirements, provide necessary data and documentation, and address any issuesor inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring a strong and mutually beneficialrelationship is maintained. Compilemonthly reports, including data changes and absence. Priorto the submission of payroll data, reconcile all data to guarantee accuracy.Verify timesheets and employee records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Inputchanges such as salary adjustments, bonuses, or overpayments/underpayments. Addressemployee inquiries related to payroll matters.

HR Duties:

Assistingwith employee relations matters, including communication of company policies,addressing employee concerns, and participating in conflict resolution whennecessary. GenerateHR reports, KPIs, and trackers to inform decision-making. Facilitatingthe onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conductingorientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Managingoffboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation. Supportlearning and development initiatives and engagement activities across thebusiness.

KeyAttributes:

Youwill be a “people person” and enjoy working collaboratively across the team andother departments. Youwill have solid knowledge of HR and payroll legislations. Proficientin Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite. Maintainingconfidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information isparamount in this role. Theability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines iscrucial for this role.
