We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly team at the production unit in the Supply Chain Hub.. No experience is necessary as we will give you all the tools and training you will need.

What you'll be getting up to 

Setting the line for start up with correct tools for a smooth and efficient start of shift  Maintaining the property and equipment in a clean and well ordered manner  Working as part of a team on a busy production line and following recipes  Ensuring the correct weights are being used for each product being run on the production line  Ensuring a safe environment, adhering to the company’s Health and Safety policy and procedures Supporting with stock takes as required  Ensuring set up and closure of your line is correct – flexibility is required to ensure this is achieved Maintaining good housekeeping at all times to keep the line and area tidy Carrying out other duties as required by the Food Production Supervisor Ensuring that the kitchen and all equipment is cleaned to the highest standards

Our Story  

Rick and Jill Stein started our family run business back in 1975, and today we employ over 600 happy staff. The business has grown from the first flagship Seafood Restaurant in Padstow to 10 restaurants across the south of England, plus hotel rooms, cookery school, shops and an online shop. Rick and Jill are still heavily involved in the business, as are their three sons Ed, Jack and Charlie.

Parking – there is plenty of free parking near to Padstow Kitchen Travel to work – Padstow is on the bus route from Bodmin, Wadebridge and Newquay with regular buses throughout the day.
