Start Date: September 2024

Are you passionate about teaching and dedicated to nurturing young minds? We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 4 Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive school community in Slough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting achievable goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share innovative teaching practices and resources.
  • Participate in school activities and events, contributing to the wider school community.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 4.
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and a reflective approach to teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
