Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general construction.. Collaborate with other team members and trades to complete projects and tasks. Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with other construction and maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team. CSCS Card
