Job overview
Working Full time: 37.5 hours per week
An opportunity to join the Nursing Workforce Team as a HealthRoster Coordinator. Working closely with the temporary staffing team, nurse staffing coordinators and our nursing workforce, you will have an interest in IT system administration, service improvement and HR policies.
You will be a confident IT user with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. You will have a flexible approach and enjoy being challenged. You are a problem solver.
In return you will be part of a new professional and friendly team contributing to and supporting the team in its establishment. You will be supported in achieving Allocate HealthRoster Accreditation and your continuous development.
Main duties of the job
Using the Allocate eRostering Systems, including SafeCare and BankStaff, the post holder will provide support and guidance to Ward Sisters / Charge Nurses with the utilisation of ward rosters and acuity tools, ensuring compliance with the nursing and midwifery rostering and Safe Staffing policy and Trust KPI’s.
