As an MFL Instructor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality language education to our students. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a love for languages. Whether you specialise in French, Spanish, German, or another language, your expertise will be invaluable in helping our students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging MFL lessons that cater to various learning styles.

- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.

- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

- Support students in developing their language skills and cultural awareness.

- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the MFL curriculum and share best practices.

Requirements:

- A degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related field.

- Proven experience in teaching MFL at secondary school level.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong classroom management abilities.

- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
