I am very excited to be working with thisinnovative and exciting Brewery Company looking for a Head ofSales. Were seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales tospearhead the brewerys sales efforts and drive growth in themarket. As Head of Sales you will play a pivotal role in expandingthe brand presence building strong relationships with distributorsand retailers and maximizing revenue opportunities. This is a keyleadership position within our organisation and you will have theopportunity to make a significant impact on our overall salesperformance.

This is a central based seniormanager role responsible for the retention of accounts and newsales results through all channels On Trade Off Trade ContractOnline and Wholesale.

The Head ofSales responsibilities:

  • Delivering on a Sales Strategy which aligns with companygoals and growth and prepare regular sales reports and forecastsfor the senior management team to review
  • Manage and lead a sales team; implementation of training;achieving budgeted targets
  • Identify marketingopportunities establish competitor analysis and implement salescampaigns
  • Seeking and securing new businessmaintaining current relationships to the higheststandards

The idealExperience:

  • Minimum of35 years experience in a Senior Sales role within the drinkindustry.
  • Proven track record in Sales teammanagement and results.
  • Passion for the drinksindustry and continually up to date on news and trends
  • Ambitious and driven on all areas of sales and clientdevelopment
  • Strong communication skills ableto work in a team orindependently.

Proven experience as aSales Representative/Business Development Manager preferably in thebeverage or FMCG industry.
