Management of CMO QA Requirements:

Oversee and manage all QA requirements for our CMOs, ensuring adherence to applicable GMP, GFSI, and other quality regulations.Collaborate with subject matter experts from CD&D, Operations, and S&T to align QA processes with organizational goals and standards. Quality System and Process Management: Build, implement, and maintain the CMO quality system and related processes.Provide strategic expertise to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the CMO quality system. CMO Audit Program: Lead the CMO audit program, including planning, scheduling, and conducting audits of contract manufacturers.Ensure that audit findings are documented, communicated, and addressed in a timely manner.Perform audits of CMOs based in and outside of the UK. Quality and Technical Agreements (QTAs): Coordinate the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality and Technical Agreements (QTAs) between ADM Protexin and CMOs.Collaborate with legal and regulatory affairs to ensure QTAs align with industry standards and regulations. Documentation Review and Approval: Review and approve CMO-related documentation, including batch records, protocols, and reports.Provide support for batch release processes where required. QMS Processes Support: Support Quality Management System (QMS) processes, including investigations of non-conformances, customer complaints, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and change control related to CMOs.Ensure timely and effective resolution of quality-related issues.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (, Quality Management, Chemistry, Pharmacy). Extensive experience in QA management, particularly in the context of contract manufacturing. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards. Strong auditing skills and experience in leading audit programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives. A detail-oriented and proactive professional with a passion for ensuring the highest quality standards in contract manufacturing.
