As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive and positive learning experience for students. Learning Support Assistant - Teaching Assistant - TA - Education and Training - Stanford-le-Hope
Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Stanford-le-Hope
Salary Scale: £80-£100 per day (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- As a Teaching Assistant you will assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide support to individual students or small groups based on their learning needs.
- As a Teaching Assistant you will foster positive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and engagement.
- Support the implementation of behavior management strategies.
- As a Teaching Assistant you will collaborate with teachers and other school staff to enhance the overall learning environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting student success.
- Initiative and a willingness to collaborate with the teaching team.
