Construction Director Residential Groundworks and Civil Engineering

 

Standing out for their high-quality delivery on site, this residential groundworks company are subcontractors to PLC housebuilders including Redrow, Persimmon and Miller Homes. Due to continued success, they have expanded their operations into a new region and have recently opened a new office and therefore have an opportunity for a Construction Director / Head of Construction.

  • Providing strategic and professional guidance to the Contracts Managers, Project Managers and member of the team
  • Lead of all construction aspects of the business' work 
  • Working collaboratively with the project teams and sub-contractors, building strong and trusted working relationships
  • Developing team capabilities and shaping the future strategy
