Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Planner, for a high end residential developer based in Kent. You will be responsible for all aspects of Pre and Post contract planning (tender, Construction and critical path) across many schemes for this exceptional business. 

Our client operate in the private residential and social housing sectors, and have a very busy forward order book, together with many private developments in progress. We are keen to hear from individuals from a major house builder with strong experience in the sector.

Living in the Kent / Sussex / Surrey area

Driving license essential
