As the Business Development Manager - Primary Care & Occupational Health your responsibility is to manage the direct sales of Vitalograph products, services and solutions to the Primary Care and Occupational Health markets in the UK. Your goal is to grow revenue by building strong relationships within these markets and effectively communicating the value and benefits of Vitalograph's offerings.

 

Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager - Primary Care & Occupational Health:

      Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets as per future goals and objectives.

      Comply with the Vitalograph sales engine tools and systems including:

o  Pipeline & Forecast Measurement.

o  Company's Deal Qualification Methodology and deal Quality Control protocols.

o  KPI Tracking (especially at weekly level).

o  The Weekly Review.

o  Utilisation of the CRM system.

      Identify and target potential customers within the targeted healthcare industries, focusing on group purchasing opportunities.

      Generate leads, cold call, schedule meetings, conduct product demonstrations and presentations with key decision-makers to present Vitalograph product and service offerings.

      Collaborate with cross-functional teams & provide ongoing first line customer support.

      Track sales metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

      Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

      Identify, organise, and attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to promote PFT Solution products and services, expand professional network and stay updated on industry developments, including transportation, setup and breakdown of exhibition stands and associated items.

      Organise workshops, training events and other activities to support sales.

      Adhere to all company and applicable procedures, regulations, guidelines, QMS, and industry standards in the healthcare sector.

      Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information using CRM software or other designated systems.

 

Requirements as a Business Development Manager - Primary Care & Occupational Health:

      Strong selling, negotiating, and closing abilities.

      Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

      Excellent communication and presentation skills.

      Strong relationship-building abilities.

      Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.

      Adept at using CRM software and other sales tools.

      Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry.

      Understanding of all company and applicable procedures, regulations, guidelines, QMS, and industry standards as required.

      Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.

      At least 3 years medical sales experience.
