You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met, while fostering strong relationships with our valued suppliers. How You'll Make an Impact Represent Siemens Energy in all quality-related matters with our suppliers, ensuring delivery quality and minimising follow-up costs Implement and control prevention-oriented methods and risk management in supplier-related processes and products Support the qualification and development of suppliers, continuously improving their quality and deliveries Participate in external audits and quality reviews, collaborating with suppliers to address and eliminate non-conformity What You Bring Technical training or further education in quality, mechanical, or electrical engineering Professional experience in quality management, manufacturing, or purchasing Familiarity with Supplier Quality Management (SQM) and Quality Control routines Knowledge of root cause analysis tools: 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and proficiency in MS Office tools and SAP
