Hours: Part-Time (between 22:00 PM until 6:00 AM) / Permanent

Hourly Rate: £11.75 above 21 | £10.00 aged 18-20 Aged 18+ (50p+ for night shift)

Bonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive

We are currently looking for a polite, proactive, dedicated, and a team playing individual who can provide outstanding customer service to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant to cover the night shift.

What will my role look like?
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be representing EG Group in a positive, professional manner while preforming a range of duties such as engaging with our customers, delivering a fast and friendly service to the highest standards, and working on the till. With your up-sell skills, you will contribute to the store’s goals and increase the sales, and profits.

What would my main responsibilities be?
(Full training will be provided)

Identify common suspicious activity and transactions. Take delivery of fuel and store stock items. Check stock regularly. Adhere to Challenge 25 policies on age restricted items, and checking of ID. Ensure the store is well merchandised. Keep temperature records in line with procedure. Ensure the cleanliness of the site. Operate the cash register, handle money, and give correct change. Ensure that Food Safety and Health & Safety Policies and Procedures are followed.
