We are on the lookout for a visionary VP of Product Management for Compliance and ESG, who will spearhead the development and execution of our product strategy for our SaaS Platform. This platform is designed to meet the rigorous demands of regulated and high-compliance industries. The ideal candidate will lead a dynamic team of Product Managers and Product Owners, guiding them to innovate and deliver high-impact products that resonate with our customers and significantly contribute to our growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

Craft and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy, aligned with Ideagen’s overarching business goals and expansion plans. Lead and inspire a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, setting clear priorities and overcoming obstacles to foster a high-performance environment. Ensure a seamless product delivery pipeline, delivering exceptional value to customers and driving business growth through successful product launches and enhancements. Actively engage with customers and conduct in-depth research to understand their needs, uncovering high-value problems to solve. Employ lean practises for learning and experimentation, including user research, solution concept validation, and a variety of experiments and tests. Champion continuous improvement in our product management lifecycle, leveraging agile and lean methodologies. Utilise data-driven insights for decision-making, informed by comprehensive market analysis, competitive research, and customer feedback.

Skills and Experience

Experience in Product Management, with a proven track record in leading product teams. Experience in leadership roles within Product Management. Deep expertise in Compliance or ESG Exceptional financial and business insight, with a strategic commercial mindset. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
