Pareto are currently looking for a BuildingServices Engineer to join us on a permanentbasis.

KeySkills:

Indepth knowledge of HVACBMS controls and general building services.

Mustbe able to work unsupervised to a high quality.

Knowledge of mechanical and various electrical systems and buildingconstruction

Must be familiar with the generalrisks and hazards associated with working in a publicattraction

Minimum of L8 Awareness formaltraining

A great understanding of legalcompliance; as well as how to achieve and maintain it to a highstandard

Great communicator for both internaland external stakeholders

Have a good eye forinnovation and improvement of existing systems andprocesses

Must have great knowledge of MicrosoftWindows based systems

MainResponsibilities:

Overall responsibility fortimely completion of all maintenance and reactive tasks associatedwith client assets. The first line of response for all associatedM&E and Fabric issues.

Carry out regularand periodic inspections (including all statutory and mandatoryrequirements) to maintain the efficiency and safety of M&Einstallations including fire safety firefighting equipment andsecurity systems. Liaise with client staff over specificrequirements.

Maintain records and computerbasedrecord management systems to nationally agreed standards includingstatutory testing and inspection technical records files diariesdrawings and reports.

Carry out all necessarymaintenance works on M&E services and installationsincluding electrical systems heating and hot water installationsfire alarms and security systems works machines and any otherrelevant systems etc.

Ensure works are completedto standard and against budget and meet with key clientrequirements and satisfaction reporting back at regular intervalsto the Pareto FM Senior Account Manager and client electedliaison.

Support the arrangements in place toenable subcontractors to undertake routine and emergency breakdownmaintenance both in and out of hours.

Assist theclient in setting maintenance priorities forward programmes andbudgets.

Assist with the preparation delegatedplanned maintenance projects. Prepare schedules and specificationsand place orders. Audit supervise/ check works oncompletion.

Liaise with other professionalsundertaking project work and contribute site and maintenanceinformation where required.

Liaise with theclient and other Pareto FM staff to develop and disseminatenational best practice in M&E maintenance andprocedures.

Liaise with and participate in siteand property teams and provide technical input in other areas e.g.security health and safety risk assessments utility infrastructurescounter disaster planning and other appropriateinitiatives.

With the client ensure theeffective implementation of the Asset Management Plan to inform theplanning and management of works across theestate.

Undertake other works of a similarnature as required and directed by the client and Pareto FM AccountSenior Manager.

Be the goto person for theclient when an issue arises Take total ownership of servicedelivery on site

Manage Monthly Finance spendwith Senior Account Manager

Provide MonthlyClient KPIreports

Qualifications

Recognised relevant Mechanical / Electrical engineeringqualifications.

Computer Literacy (MicrosoftWord Excel Outlook & Project).
